About me

My life can be summarized in three cities, Liege, Zurich and Boston.

I was born and raised in Liege. After my Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Liege, I went on pursuing a Master's degree at ETH Zurich in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. After realizing my Master Thesis at MIT, I decided to stay there for my PhD.

I am passionate by computer vision and its different applications, in particular in healthcare. For the past months, I have been leveraging learning-based registration techniques to adapt them to new problems. I also love travelling, dansing, reading.

Other interests

I had life-long passions and also developped new ones as time went by.

I enjoy music in general, it is an increadible way to share emotions. I started playing the piano as a kid and I still play now. I also dance a lot. I started with jazz and classic but now I prefer ballroom dancing, in particular: salsa.

I love to travel. This includes discovering new countries and cultures. But I also another type of travel: reading novels! Bellow you can find some of my best memories.

Some places I have seen.

I can see a lonely tree pattern here. :)
